Creating Space in the Body

When we sit all day, we carry a lot of stagnant energy in our bodies. One of the best things you can do for your body is to elongate and lengthen the joints and muscles that propel us for movement. By allowing for more space and awareness within our body, we are improving our joint range of motion, elasticity, conductivity, extensibility, and more.
